- Universe
- All things and events that exist, or are thought to exist.
- UT (Universal Time)
- The local time at the 0 meridian passing through Greenwich, England; it is t
he same everywhere. Same as GMT (Greenwich Mean Time).

- Vacuum
- A space absent of matter or nearly so.
- Velocity
- The speed and direction in which an object moves.
